How Much Time Does CONQUER Require?

CONQUER™ is designed to work around your real life — not add more pressure to it.

Here's what to expect each month:

• Two live group Q&A calls — 90 minutes each, twice a month (all calls are recorded if you can't attend live)
• One monthly teaching video — short enough to watch on your own schedule, with a handout and transcript
• Community engagement — as much or as little as you need in the private Facebook group

For new members, you'll work through the Conquer Journey videos and materials at your own pace.

You decide how much you engage. There are no homework deadlines or pressure — just steady support and growth at the level you can handle.
