Walking in CORE Strength is a 3-month experience structured around four key components:

1. Small Group Coaching (Twice Monthly)

You'll meet live on Zoom every other week for 90-minute sessions—six total across three months. Each group is capped at 15 women for intimate, coach-led conversations where you can be seen, heard, and supported.

2. Video Lessons Between Sessions

Access Leslie's exclusive teaching videos between calls. These biblically grounded lessons guide you through deep mindset shifts and spiritual rebuilding.

3. Weekly Practices + Tools

Receive practical reflection tools and exercises to help you set boundaries, respond from your values, and build new ways of thinking aligned with God's truth.

4. Private Online Community

Connect with your cohort in a private Facebook group—a safe, judgment-free space for prayer, encouragement, and support between calls.
